To create your first business, navigate to "Add Business" from your dashboard. Fill in your business details including name, description, location, contact information, and upload your business logo. Once submitted, our team will review and approve it within 24-48 hours.

Go to "My Products" and click "Add Product". Fill in the product details including title, description, price, category, and upload high-quality images. You can add up to 5 images per product. For Elite members, you can also upload product videos.

Free accounts can list up to 20 products. Core package allows more products with verified badge features. Prime and Elite packages offer higher limits and advanced visibility tools. You can upgrade your package anytime from the dashboard.

Pending products are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet our quality guidelines. Most products are approved and go live within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your product is approved.

Boost pushes your products to the top of search results and category listings. Paid tiers include monthly boost allocations with tier-specific cooldowns. Use boosts strategically for maximum visibility.

Click on "Upgrade" in your sidebar to view all available packages (Core, Prime, Elite). Compare features and pricing, then select the package that best fits your needs. Payment can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can manage your payment methods in the Wallet & Billing section.

Earn rewards when people sign up using your referral code and create a business. Your referral code can be found in the "My Referrals" section. Share it via WhatsApp, Facebook, or directly copy the link.

Go to Profile Settings > Reset Password, or use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.

Yes! You can manage multiple businesses from a single account. Each business can have its own products, promotions, and analytics.

Navigate to "Promotions" in your business dashboard. Choose a promotion type, add a catchy title, select products, upload a banner image, and set the duration.

Elite members get the highest product limits, generous monthly boosts with shorter cooldowns, more storage, video uploads, priority support, advanced analytics, and access to exclusive features as they're released.
