Eligibility & Access
- The referral program is not open to everyone
- Interested individuals with verifiable reputation may request to join
- All requests are reviewed by admin
- Approved users are assigned "Approved Referrer" status
- Admin can approve, suspend, or remove referrers at any time
Referrer Approval & Controls
- Only approved referrers can participate
- Each approved referrer receives a unique referral code and link
- Admin can define monthly referral limits
- Admin can set referral status (active/suspended/removed)
- Newly approved referrers have a 30-day grace period before minimum targets are enforced
Valid Referral Conditions
A referral becomes VALID only when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- 1 Business profile is fully completed
- 2 Business owner has a verified email address
- 3 Business owner has a verified Ghana phone number (OTP-based)
- 4 Business uploads minimum 20 products within 7 days
If the 7-day window expires without meeting the product requirement, the referral is automatically marked Invalid and cannot be reactivated.
Reward Structure
For every successful valid referral
When referral upgrades to premium
- Rewards are credited automatically once a referral becomes valid
- Premium bonus is credited after the 30-day confirmation period
- Referral must remain active for 30 days with no downgrade or refund
Payouts
- Rewards accumulate in your referrer balance
- Minimum withdrawal threshold: ₵20
- Payout method: Mobile Money only (initial phase)
- Payouts are processed monthly

Failure to meet targets may result in:
High-performing referrers may unlock higher reward tiers
Program Rights
Fabamall reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Withhold rewards
- Reverse fraudulent or suspicious referrals
- Review or terminate the program without consultation
Important Notice
The referral program is subject to review or termination without consultation. All decisions by Fabamall admin are final. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
